Get your Echo Logistics API Credentials
1. Obtain Echo Logistics API Credentials |
To connect to the Echo Logistics web service you need an API Key. Contact your Echo Logistics account representative and ask for assistance. The account representative will make the request on your behalf. This is a manual process and can take several days. If you don’t know who your Echo Logistics account representative is, call Echo customer service at 800-354-7993 and ask to have your account representative contact you.
Once, you have possession of Echo Global Logistics API Key and Account Number, then follow the following intstructions to connect it to FreightDesk Online.
2. Connect the FreightDesk to the Echo Global Logistics web service |
Follow the instructions as given below
- Login to freightdesk.online/login
- Navigate to Connections under the Settings menu
- Click the Add Carrier button and locate the Echo Global Logistics card in LTL Freight Carriers category
| Account Number | Enter your ECHO Global Logistics account number. |
| API Key | Enter the API Key provided by ECHO Logistics |
